Try before purchase

The free prologue lets you inspect the opening files, use the core case desk, and complete the first deduction before you decide whether to buy Season One. Please use it to check that the game and controls work in your browser.

When to contact us

Email hello@realb.it if Stripe charged you but the remaining chapters did not unlock, if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if the paid content has a major technical failure that prevents normal play. Include the email used at checkout, the approximate payment time, and a description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send card numbers.

How we handle a request

We will first try to verify the Stripe payment and restore access. If confirmed paid access cannot be supplied or a major failure cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.

Change of mind and immediate access

Because the full game is digital content supplied immediately at your request, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after paid access begins. Any acknowledgement at checkout about immediate supply and cooling-off rights applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian consumers may have guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers in other places may also have mandatory local rights.
